Brian Arnold is a highly accomplished Real Estate professional with over 20 years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate. He began his career in the early 2000’s in Residential Real Estate in Maryland where he assisted both buyers and sellers to realize their dream of homeownership. Brian later expanded his expertise into Commercial Real Estate, working with Hospitality companies, Commercial Developers, Hotel Owners, and Large-Scale commercial management groups. Most recently, Brian has specialized in the management, development, and redevelopment of commercial Real Estate in the marina space working across the country as well as in the Bahamas. Brian has worked with Municipalities, private owners as well as Institutional Partners, consulting on the sale, acquisition due diligence, transition, and management of specialized working waterfronts, most specifically marinas.

 Brian’s dedication and ongoing relationships with his clients as well as his professional negotiation skills have resulted in numerous transactions and many valued relationships. 

In addition to real estate and an Entrepreneurial spirit, Brian is an avid boater, currently holding credentials as a United States Coast Guard Licensed Captain.  Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time travelling, going to the beach, or boating with his wife, daughter, family, and friends.  Brian’s commitment to excellence and diligence, both professionally and personally, is a testament to his drive and dedication. Brian possesses a high business acumen and a broad level of expertise, making him uniquely qualified to assist clients in specialty real estate.
